My Attunement & Intention Sessions offer a powerful fusion of crystal invocation, energy healing, inner guidance and spiritual awareness to support you in realising and activating your innermost intentions and life goals. This initial hour and a half session includes: - Welcome consultation, intention setting and herbal tea selection - Energy clearing using a combination of tibetan and crystal singing bowls, crystals, diaphragmatic breathing and meditation - Selection of and connection with the primary crystal for attunement purposes (you will take this crystal with you after the session is complete). - Harmonisation of your energy centres (chakras) with a crystal chakra balancing session (lying down) to restore balance to your physical, physiological and spiritual needs - 12 month oracle reading 'Trust the Seasons', a powerful card reading to guide you over the coming 3, 6, 9 and 12 months - excellent for big picture and long term outlook - Integration of intentions into daily life - Monthly follow ups/check ins (optional) Guided by Tehla Bower, Certified Crystal Energy Guide, Angel Guide & Spiritual Life Coach
