Held over three days and two nights our Soul-led Wellness Retreat offers a sacred space that promotes rest and reset, an opportunity to slow down your nervous system, feast on scrumptious wholefoods meals prepared with love and intention, explore the many nature trails on site, move your body, breathe in the fresh hinterland air, try your hand at pottery or Qi Gong, curl up for a chat by the cozy fireplace and nourish your spirits.

Tehla Jane Bower

Retreat Leader & Yoga Teacher

Tehla Jane Bower is an author, yoga teacher, retreat guide and crystal therapist from Far North NSW. Her first book 'A Mother’s Space: Permission to Pause' has been described as a beautiful testament to her authentic voice and dedication to self-discovery.

Tehla has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, and teaching since 2015. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance and a Level 2 Yoga Synergy Teacher. She is also a Certified Energy Guide, Crystal Therapist, Retreat Leader and Rose Oracle Guide.

Tehla loves sharing her passion and voice with others, facilitating events, workshops and retreats, predominantly for women and mothers. She also offers a gentle fusion of 1:1 healing, meditation and guidance available in person or online. 'Zarn' Tazana Karjana

Sound Healing Facilitator

Tazana Karjana ('Zarn') is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner/multi instrumentalist Dip SHA & IICT member. She is a vocalist for the GaiaTree band and owner of Soundwave Healing, offering regular sound healing gatherings at events and retreats across the Northern Rivers NSW. She is also a gifted ceremonial grade cacao ceremony facilitator, this ancient medicinal and spiritual practice.

Simon Favorito

Retreat Chef

Simon Favorito is a Byron based wholefoods chef and holistic wellness guide with over 20 years professional experience. His business 'Your Conscious Kitchen' provides conscious wholefoods catering, classes and coaching in the Byron Bay region. Simon has studied and worked in a variety of healing modalities including kinesiology, acupuncture and mind-body medicine, as he has deepened his own personal understanding of 'food as medicine'. He is deeply passionate about the healing power of wholefoods medicine, empowering others to take control of their health and reach their potential.

Lija Austen

Qi Gong + Essential Oils Facilitator

Lija Austen has a passion for sharing the ancient modality of qi gong which is a restorative and energising practice to nourish the body, mind and spirit. Many of us feel depleted, overwhelmed and stressed in our busy modern lives and qi gong provides practices to reclaim peace, wellbeing and vitality. Lija is a professionally trained qi gong, yoga teacher and counsellor.

She is the owner of a wellness studio in Kingscliff NSW and offers classes. retreats, private sessions and corporate wellbeing programs. Lija is a regular speaker at conferences and writes for magazines on wellness and mental health. Lija has taught qi gong to Olympic athletes, corporate leaders, community groups and people of all ages and walks of life. Learn more about Lija here.

Kimba

Remedial Massage Therapist

Kimba is a local massage therapist from the Northern Rivers with a background in KaHuna massage and a deep reverence for supporting the parasympathetic nervous system. She works deeply and lovingly to assist in releasing energetic stagnation and trauma residing in the subtle soft tissues of the physical body.

She is the owner of Sabera Remedial Massage and a therapist at the House of Shemana in Byron Bay. Kimba will be offering personalised massage treatments for our retreat guests on retreat. Learn more about Kimba here.

If you are seeking a fusion of luxury and privacy this is the room for you! With only one available, and the only ensuite room onsite featuring a bath for those cooler nights, this gorgeous room is available on a first in basis - that is, first to commit gets it! This room option also includes a complimentary 60 minute remedial massage with our in-house massage therapist.

Located in the back corner of The Main House, a large architecturally designed house with modern farm style aesthetic and cosy ambience. Also enjoy ease of access just down the hall to meals, indoor fireplace, bean bag area, firepit, magnesium pool, sauna and ice bath.

Refund Policy for all Retreats: The deposit is always non-refundable. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in loss of your spot. Refunds available up until 45 days prior to the retreat. After the 45 days you will receive a credit for any payments made which can be used on a future retreat. We also strongly advise you to obtain travel insurance to cover you in case of unexpected circumstances.

*Please note that Ballina or Gold Coast Airports are the closest airports if you are flying in. We can assist with coordination of airport transfers (please ensure you indicate this on your registration form), and depending on guest numbers and demand, group shuttles may be arranged in advance.
