Service Description
Have you always wanted to learn how to meditate, but never quite seem to get to it? Take this as your sign that now is the right time! Learn from qualified yoga teacher and meditation guide Tehla Jane as she helps reveal your own unique meditation style in a safe, welcoming and loving environment. Tehla will introduce you to a range of meditation techniques that she has used over her 25 years of exploring meditation in her own life - focused on natural diaphragmatic breathing in a calm and supportive environment. Sessions can be held lying down, cross-legged or in a chair, depending on your level of flexibility. These 50 minute meditation sessions can be accessed with Tehla either online in the comfort of your own home, or in the soulful sanctuary of Tehla's healing and meditation room.
