Join Tehla Jane this September for her 'Begin Again' yoga workshop series - a 4 week in-person immersion for yoga curious beginners and those looking to reignite the inner flame of their yoga practice.

This workshop series meets every Tuesday in the first 4 weeks of Spring and incorporates the following:

  • A weaving of traditional and modern yoga asana (physical) practices and movement,

  • Gentle breathwork technique,

  • A focus on inner and outer balance,

  • A mindful approach to self inquiry and contemplation, and

  • Ancient yoga philosophy teachings

  • Tea circle to close

Each week builds on the previous week's teachings and aims to guide you in developing and integrating your own version of daily yoga and mindful practice into your life, meeting you wherever you are in your life and practice - physically, spiritually and mentally.

Whether you started yoga in the past and something stopped you from continuing, or if you've never tried yoga before but looking for a welcoming program open to all levels and free of any judgement or expectation - this is your opportunity to begin again with a small group of likeminded souls:)

The focus of this workshop series is not about how high you can get your leg up, or how long you can stay in a headstand, but more importantly - how you can use yoga to find peace, stillness and grace in your everyday life.

The heartbeat of this program is about a little feeling that you get inside that sparks a remembering of something you already know about yourself, but it got lost along the way somewhere.

It's about the peace and stillness you can receive when you open yourself up to letting go and feeling in.

It's about starting anew at the turn of the seasons, and allowing the bloom of Spring to inspire a fresh routine of wellbeing.

Let's begin again...together 🤍

"Yoga is more than physical. It is cellular, mental, intellectual and spiritual - it involves the entire being" ~ B.K.S Iyengar ~
